This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No other written or oral agreement shall exist. Investment views are provided as per SEBI rules; no guarantees are made. Users take final responsibility for their decisions.
15) TERMINATION
This license remains valid unless terminated:
(a) immediately for unauthorized access.
(b) immediately if you attempt to transfer any rights granted under this Agreement.

16) DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to be appointed by the Director of FORTUNE WOLF RESEARCH. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) India. Indian laws shall apply.
17) JURISDICTION
Both parties agree that all disputes, including agreements, transactions or any incidental matters, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) only.
